The successful CRM Client Executive will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience -ideally agency-side but they are also open to in-house if you have the requisite CRM experience. Working across a high value client portfolio, responsibilities will include implementing strategy across CRM, customer journey planning, content, campaign development, and audience and cultural insight.
Along with being highly data-driven, you will be equally comfortable and confident in taking the brief from clients, and reporting on progress of campaigns throughout. You will be an excellent communicator and incredibly organised, and a dynamic presence when representing the agency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of involvement in integrated comms strategies across the customer journey. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both online and offline marketing techniques, and possess an excellent grasp of analytical processes.
