Our client, a global marketing agency network, are looking for an experienced CRM Account Director to join their Manchester team!
These guys deliver Customer Marketing campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands, and are now looking for a CRM Account Director with a proven track record of delivering integrated Comms strategies across the customer journey.
The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience - ideally agency-side – with at least 12 months at Account Director level
Have strong experience of implementing strategy across CRM, customer journey planning, content, campaign development, and audience and cultural insight
Be highly data driven, with an excellent grasp of analytical processes
Be equally strategic and commercially minded, as comfortable planning and implementing campaigns as you are developing and cultivating key accounts
Have excellent communication skills, be incredibly organised, an influential team leader, and a dynamic presence when representing the agency
