The successful Account Director will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years agency experience - candidates without agency experience will not be considered
- Have strong B2B experience - you'll deliver campaigns for clients in a range of sectors, but it will be entirely B2B
- Be experienced across brand development and growth, with strong digital skills
- Be an influential team leader in the agency, with the commercial acumen to develop your accounts and drive growth
If successful, you'll have the opportunity to join one of the North's top B2B agencies, in a role that offers huge scope for development and progression - there will be a pathway in place for you to lead the Client Services team within 12 months!
