My Tech recruitment career began over 20 years ago.  Of course I have witnessed the recruitment industry and technology evolve and innovate at an amazing pace. Through my career I have run teams and businesses that have specialised in Software Development, Data, Cloud, IOT, AI and Robotics to name but a few. I and my teams have supported Clients and Candidates across the UK, EU and the US with challenging resource demands in both the permanent and contract markets. Throughout my career there has always been a constant despite the constant evolution that delivers success, "Relationships" with colleagues, clients and candidates.
