Hi, I'm Jason and I've been in the Creative recruitment space for over 11 years now. Having originally studied a BSc in Multimedia and Image Science, I have always had an interest in all things digital and creative. After several years working in a variety of business development roles, I found my niche in the creative recruitment sector. I've recently joined become as the London Business Manager, having spent the last few years gaining experience in both generalist and specialist recruitment management roles. I'm delighted to join an established UK based specialist recruitment agency servicing some great clients in the London creative sector and I look forward to continuing to grow and develop my relationships with some of London's very best creative talent and clients.
Outside of recruitment, I have a passion for music and singing, particularly soul, funk and motown and I've performed live on and off over the years. I'm a native Londoner and love the vibrancy of this city, you'll often find me attending live music events, comedy performances or shows

Business Development Associate My client is a creative services studio. They are based in central London and best in class in their sector. About the Role They are looking to expand the studio growth team. Being the Business Development Associate you will be out of the office every day, talking to clients, understanding briefs and winning new business. Your key responsibilities will include: Generating new leads and meetings for the growth team Identifying and managing new business opportunities Fostering and developing existing client relationships through active dialogue Liaising with clients to take briefs Developing and executing business development strategies across a range of client verticals About the Person This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a reputation as a leading partner to London’s creative and advertising community. Your key skills and qualifications will include: Previous experience in sales Previous experience managing client journeys and hitting targets Previous experience marketing over social channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram
