Hi! I’m Amelie and I have just recently joined the Creative team at Become. I have been working in recruitment now for over 5 years in various sectors and industries, but creative is my one true love! I shall be looking after the London market and finding top talent for the region.
I’m passionate about helping people – whether that’s finding someone’s first exciting step in their career or working with established individuals looking for their next project/challenge, as well as helping companies build strong teams for the long term.
My main interests outside of work mainly revolve around music and pop culture. I’ve started playing the guitar again after a bit of a hiatus, so when I’m not doing that you can find me vinyl shopping or reading a music biography.
Being a French native and fashion enthusiast, I also like to travel home when I can to hit the Parisian shops…!
A distinguished design studio based in Central London with an international client base, are looking for a Client Director to join their expanding team. We are excited to be working with an international talent agency across the entertainment industry. Due to a period of growth, they are looking for a mid-senior designer to join their in-house creative studio. Delivering integrated campaigns, strategies and brands to their client base, they are looking for a dynamic and switched on designer who can work diligently and respond to briefs in a creative manner whilst working in a very fast paced environment. Midweight Designer - Sports Brand!
One of the world’s leading Sports brands are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Mid-weight designer to join their in-house London studio! We are looking for an ambitious and vibrant designer, with experience across digital and print platforms, and a real passion for creating innovative user centric experiences. This is a dual role across initial conception and creation to execution and artwork – and we are looking for a real self-starter who can work in conjunction with both. Working as part of the creative studio team, you will be responsible for designing and creating across digital platforms from social to web and e – commerce with some elements of print materials. So comfortable working on both mediums is a MUST! As part of your role, you will also have the exciting opportunity to art direct on shoots and pre – production briefings. If you are of an inquisitive mind and like venturing into new ground this is the opportunity for you! No idea is off limits. You will ideally have around 4-5 years’ experience in design and artwork with a strong leaning on digital, and you MUST have a background in Fashion or Sportswear – this is non-negotiable. Midweight Packaging Designer
Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing specialist consumer goods- after a busy start to 2021, they are expanding their design team and looking for a talented midweight with experience in packaging to join their creative studio. This is an exciting role which would suit an ambitious designer, looking for a progressive step in their career within a collaborative environment. Due to the fast paced nature of the role, you will be called upon to get involved with all parts of the creative process from inception through to final production. The successful candidate will be primed to head up their own brand and taking leadership of their category. You will also be responsible for design and production of innovative packaging for both in house and licensed products. This will involve brand creation and style guide development, driving creative ideas for packaging solutions, answering to live briefs in accordance to look, feel, user experience and marketing position through to artwork for print, digital assets, events and exhibitions. We are looking for a diligent and well organised creative with at least 3 years agency experience, impeccable communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in accordance to deadlines and project briefs. Good illustration skills are highly desirable to show idea generation! You must have experience in packaging design, ideally for on shelf retail – and have a strong desire to make an impactful contribution to the team and creative process.
